Science has proven that ages 7 to 11 are the most critical years in a child’s life for motor skill development. Our Youth Performance Program utilizes the most up to date research in a fun and friendly environment to build your young athlete’s physical foundation, and improve coordination and self-esteem through our signature speed and strength training methods.
Every athlete in the Youth Performance Program at our fitness club must first go through our mandatory comprehensive evaluation to first assess strengths and weaknesses and then group them accordingly. After completing the initial evaluation, the athlete will be placed in one (1) of two (2) groups based on performance level and age.

Youth Performance Ι
Athletes placed at this level require basic motor skill development and conditioning. This is traditionally the youngest group in our program; participants in this group range in age from 7 – 9 years old.
Youth Performance ΙΙ
Athletes placed at this level still need to continue to improve their basic motor development. They demonstrate the required technique and coachability for this level. The typical age range for this group is 9 – 11 years of age.
